In a new “tour” music video for “Please Don’t Leave Me”, Pink appears as a circus giantess looking for a man with a heart as big as hers. It’s very sweet and the video rendering really makes it look like an old silent movie. I think it’s delightful.
Pink makes an utterly charming and lovely giantess.
I never really found Pink to be particularly attractive. At all. So clearly I must be biased, because suddenly I think she looks mighty cute in this video.
I like how the video uses intentionally old hat special effects shots, like having the giantess Pink on one side of the screen and her suitor on the other.
I think it’s a tribute to Georges Méliès, the first great film special effects artist. And yes, his work includes a giantess or two.
